WOW, just discovered a Defamation Complaint to Google related to the “DLH Web Consultancy Ltd” SERP. If you search for “DLH Web Consultancy Ltd” in Google at the bottom there’s a notice:

Not spent much time on this, but appears to be no obvious way to make a counter defamation claim???

  The Middlesbrough Web Consultancy Group have apparently issued a defamation claim against my review comments resulting in Google removing this website for related SERPs.
  Interestingly the reason for noticing the defamation notice is earlier today I received another SPAM email from what appears to be the same people (same town and phone number, different email address/URL linked to).

  This was sent to one of my old email addresses attached to the domain which I haven’t used in a while. The email address only receives SPAM.

  Update May 2017: I think I understand why the DMCA counter notification failed, I made the error of stating the now dissolved business DLH Web Consultancy Ltd (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08239559) located at Boho One – F05, Bridge Street West, Middlesbrough, England TS2 1AE and the business Web Consultancy Group Ltd (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07924238) located at 21 Gosford St, Middlesbrough, TS2 1BB are the same business/company. Even though both companies were/are run by Stephen Hall and employed/employ Elizabeth Mulligan, technically/legally they are not the same business/company. DLH Web Consultancy Ltd no longer exists, so technically/legally the new business Web Consultancy Group Ltd are not responsible for their unethical business practices.
  Not 100% sure I did this right, but it was the only online form (DMCA counter notification form) I could find that was close.

  The articles contain several falsehoods. It relates to the company called DLH Web Consultancy Ltd, which is a totally separate company also this company has also legally closed. The author has, however, updated the articles to feature “AKA Web Consultancy Group”. As it is a different company and has nothing to do with the matters he refers to we believe this to be prejudicial against our business and request that they be removed from the website. We have contacted Fasthosts, where the server is and they provided us with an email for the host master, 3 email have since been sent with no reply. Further, the articles feature personal attacks against a lady, Elizabeth Mulligan, and seek to embarrass her. The publication of certain information by David Law has caused Ms Mulligan a great deal of anxiety and stress. Fact is, I work at Web Consultancy Group Limited, this is a totally separate company and has never been known as DLH Web Consultancy. This s …

  I do no believe the truthful information posted defames DLH Web Consultancy Ltd or whatever they are calling themselves.

I previously made this same request [1-[REDACTED]85] and Google agreed with me, the content on the page was affecting my companies legal rights, Libel is defamation of a person through a permanent form of communication, mostly the written word. As Web Consultancy Group Limited is a legal eternity the information on these pages wire Liable… Now you have removed those pages, the person has now written an article about the removal and then pasted all the same content on the new pages.. Given my business “Web Consultancy Group Limited” is a separate legal entity this site is breaking the law claiming we are “DLH Web Consultancy Ltd” when in fact we are different companies.. with this same content being posted despite Google previously removing it is clearly a disrespect to Google also, in the one he even says he know Google removed the last page so he will do again.. This is illegal as it is slander against my business! Thanks

Google presumably approved the new defamation claim because I’d made the mistake of referring to “Web Consultancy Group Limited” (company number: 07924238) as the SAME company as “DLH Web Consultancy Ltd” (company number: 08239559).
Even though Stephen Hall owned and Elizabeth Mulligan worked for the company “DLH Web Consultancy Ltd” (dissolved/closed 4th October 2016) and Stephen Hall currently (May 2017) owns and Elizabeth Mulligan works for the company “Web Consultancy Group Limited” (another company that was renamed from “Data Supply Services (UK) Ltd” to “Web Consultancy Group Ltd” on 14th October 2016), legally they are NOT the same company.
I have of course corrected the errors, all suggestions “DLH Web Consultancy Ltd” and “Web Consultancy Group Ltd” are the same company have been removed.
Time will tell if that’s enough for Google to stop blocking DLH Web Consultancy Ltd Review SERPs.
